We work with students of all ages and abilities as there are many aspects to the building trade to assist teachers in teaching, motivating and inspiring young minds.
Our support of education and the community goes beyond the building trade. We are very pleased to support the Bradford Dragonboat Festival which in 2017 delivered the UK's first ever Youth Championships and in 2018 they were joined by Team GB U18. 2019 saw the inclusion of Y6 who successfully challenged the secondary teams for the Junior Championship. Our team and Apprentices are there before, during and after the festival supporting the infrastructure to ensure everything runs smoothly whilst Razwana Mahmood is one of the Lead Organisers.
We can also organise tours of City Hall as part of your local history , art, architecture and IT lessons and will work with you to plan them. They are free for our customers but a charge may apply to others.
We have a comprehensive 3-4 year apprenticeship scheme and have award winning apprentices who have received recognition both at a local level and also nationally. Apprenticeships are very important to us and most of our trainees secure full time employment with us. A number have moved through the ranks and are now in senior management positions.
Education doesn't stop once the Apprentices qualify. We hold annual team building away days for management and apprentices to work and learn together.
