The Service List provides key tasks that customers can choose through us. We have introduced a traffic light system to this to make it easier for you to identify which tasks are required by legislation, which we would strongly advise you to do and which are considered good practice.
You do not have to have every task through us. The choice is entirely yours but we can only manage the contracts that are done through us using our contractors.
Should your needs change and you want to add/remove a task through the year then that is not a problem. We need it to be right for you and your changing needs so will work with you to amend accordingly.
